Depends how chubby/unfit you want to look. Probably like 15 or 20 pounds maybe.

Do not like to disagree guys, but I think at least 40 pounds for the chubby look. If you got for 20 pound gain, on the BMI you just get into the overweight category. If you go by looks instead of BMI, then "chubby" to me means a clear belly (not just a paunch) and with you face filling out.
If your frame is large, even 40 might not be enough. With a small frame, 30 or so...

I'd say 170lbs would be the lower end of chubby, whereas 190 would be a sort of 'confirmed' chubbiness. It depends entirely on your definition of chubby.

ugh, I always think of just a bit of a paunch as chubby, as in just barely overweight, but I would say keep gaining untill u see a chubby guy in the mirror, not untill the scale says a certain number

I agree with jackjackjack...chubby doesnt mean morbidly obese..
but it does depend on ppl's definition..

i think i will gain until 170 for now..then maybe more if i get encouragement..
