im not sure how 2 start out gaining more weight

I'm 230 pounds and i want to go to 300 (first goal)but not sure what to start doing so some help would be very appreciated

...eat more, do less...? That's pretty much the only way to gain weight.

Mix ice cream -half & half - in blender & chug before bed every night -Add that with multiple slices of pizza- I like Stouffers [should be Stuffers] French bread pizza- If you wake up to pee at night -hit the fridge-Eat Anything.
Buy a case of Ensure or SlimFast chug 2 -3 cans a day -not replacing any meal. Keep it in your car too.
Lastly eat every 3 hours -7am 10am 1pm 4pm 6pm 9pm 12 midnight.

Then shake that growing mountain while taking on the couch for exercise

its the sugar in all food

drink water with sugar - no joke -

eat us-american (fast)food LOL - if you eat german or french kitchen you cant gain a lot
