I started around the age of 14, but it was on and off, had some problems along the way, currently around 250lbs. Always admired fat people though from a very young age.

ianto27 21st January 2008 05:56 PM

i've always been quite big (hit 220 when i was 13, 270 now at 17) but i didn't properly contemplate gaining until i was 14, when i discovered i like fat guys =)

passenger 26th January 2008 01:21 AM

When I was about 10 I went and stayed at my grandmothers for a week in the school holidays. From the time we got up each day all I did was eat, I gained 11 lbs in the week. None of my pants would do up. I was hooked. Over the years Ive lost then gained again.

xxxxx 27th January 2008 06:13 PM

been interested in gaining for several years (im 15 now), but only jsut decided to try and do something about it.

lolokokovovo 5th February 2008 11:16 PM

I was always a big boy but then began to loose my blubber as I grew taller. Then about 6 months ago I decided I would get my weight back up. Now on the way to 250, I love having my belly back.

getmefatquick 10th February 2008 03:18 PM

i started gaining since i was about 4, ive always loved fat and always wanted it

fat_belly_777 10th February 2008 07:38 PM

I was always a little big and ever since I was little I admired big guys so I guess when I was about 10 I really tried to start gaining weight on purpose

collegegainer 10th June 2008 09:36 PM

BigZero 12th June 2008 01:20 PM

I was always fat growing up. intentional gaining started when i was 14/15 when i was already at 280 lbs.

7 years, 135 gained, 2 years ago i lost 30 lbs because we moved across the country.

Toddle 12th June 2008 08:23 PM

I'm not entire sure of when I started gaining intentionally, honestly. I just know that I gain :P

bulgeluva 13th June 2008 05:48 PM

i would have started about 2004/5, and had gotten up to about 230lbs. then i came away from gaining and dropped to about 170lbs at the lowest but im gaining again and im back up to 183ish!!:D:D

do any of you have any tips on rapid gain?

Omegamode 21st June 2008 04:06 PM

Just recently, I'm 190 now, and I hope to gain to be about 250-300lbs. Maybe more when I get there.

Raindance 26th June 2008 12:55 AM

About 3 years or so ago now. I was in a relationship; we both put on a lot of weight (relatively), 35lbs in my case. I got to uni and lost it, but now seem to slowly be piling it back on?

Chubbawubba 26th June 2008 07:11 AM

Up until middle school, i was a skinny kid. But I started getting pudgy around that time and then I came across Fatnats back in the day and saw the before and after pictures of youngfat and decided I wanted to be that fat also so then I started intentinally gaining weight.

redman5 27th June 2008 01:07 PM

I've only started gaining recently, probably Christmas of 2006 when I went back to school and decided not to do anything about the weight I have put on over break. Was 165 then, about 183 now.

regut 28th June 2008 06:45 PM

I started to grow a beer gut, 6 months ago, while studying for public exams. I really need to eat a lot when I study for hours...

gaijingainer 1st July 2008 10:28 AM

I was quite skinny until my second year of university, about 4 years ago... I had been an FA before then, but started to gain at the end of 2004. I've put on about 90lbs since then, up to about 240 now.

Davros 4th July 2008 06:22 PM

but ups and downs of giving up between then and now

Lopi 4th July 2008 10:04 PM

I started gaining in 2006.

fatboii01 11th July 2008 03:16 AM

Around two years ago and I've put on about 75 lbs

Fattyteen_92 12th July 2008 03:24 PM

I had always been interested in fatness, I remember using 2 mirrors to look at my fat rolls on my back when I was around 10-11.

I started gaining when I was 14-15, but I am now slowing my weight gain.

I guess I started gaining when I was a 11 years old but stopped due to family pressure. That's the way it's been all this time 30 years later, but I've come to terms with being cubbish now as an adult and have added pounds of the last few years. Still being chastised by my family, but I'm working around them and trying to gain as comfortably as possible. Was a whopping 215lbs 2 years ago but lost due to lack of interest and from family pressure again. Currently 170lbs and hoping to rebuild where I left off (with the right encouragement). Hoping this site helps me meet others with like minded interests and keeps my belly growing. Here's a few pics of me now.

gillesjan99 29th July 2008 11:25 PM

Am I a chaser or a chub?

I'm dreaming of thick guys since I have been 12 years old. I was a very slim boy. 6 feet 4 in is my height since I was 14. I gain in steps: 1990 154 lbs, 1992-1996 (high school, military service) 183 lbs, 1997-1999 167 (first years college), 1999-2001 183 lbs again, 2002 (last year at college) 187 lbs, 2005 (weight gain after weight loss as result of a food poisoning) 196 lbs, 2006 201 lbs, 2007 205 lbs, july 2008 (32 years old) 210 lbs. I define myself as a chaser, but I enjoy the additional lbs. And the additional lbs of my 30 years old boy friend(5 ft 8 in): 2004 163 lbs, july 2008 214 lbs. He doesn't know that I am a chaser...

brendenchubbyhubby 30th July 2008 01:22 AM

I started recently, November 07 at 150. gained 30 pounds in 3 months and by mid febuary I was 180. I was at 180 until April when I was forced to diet. I'm at 165 now, and have another 10 pounds to lose until I get paied $200 ^.^ then I can gain again! I'll prolly gain to 250, maybe 300

Jhona113 31st July 2008 04:41 AM

Me

about 4 years ago i started Wanting to gain at 155lbs and now im 231lbs

uklad3107 6th September 2008 03:27 PM

I've thought about gaining for a few years but have had a few confidence issues with it. I gained 30lbs a couple of years ago but lost most of it. At start of the year i was 130, im now 150. Hope to keep the upward trend this time!

skinnye 10th September 2008 09:42 PM

I recently gained 15 pounds over the summer went from 135 to 150.

Ouroboros 26th September 2008 09:59 PM

I hadn't started putting on weight until August of 2007.
Over the course of a year I'd put on just under 50lbs, lol.
Wasn't even really trying! Just a sedentary life-style, and a whole lot of good food around.

aspirant 9th October 2008 06:31 PM

I started, unintentionally and without really noticing, a couple of years ago. I've gone through several phases of getting really excited about gaining and bingeing like crazy, then regretting it and trying to slim down agan. Maybe that stave-binge cycle is actually the key to my gain but right now I'd like to take things further Trouble is I can't seem to sustain the extra eating...

You'll need to build up your self-confidence before you'll ever be able to get serious about gaining. You need to let go of that guilt that comes from social pressures to look a certain way if you ever want to be happy as a fat person, which I assume you do. You need to learn to say "screw you!" to people who give you crap about weight gain/being fat and "screw you!" to social conformities.

GrowingGordito 28th January 2009 09:28 PM

At about 10 years old I started gaining weight (unintentionally at the time). Then by 14, heard about gaining, haven't slowed down since :).

FLGainer90 31st January 2009 01:19 AM

About a week ago, lol. But really, I heard about it 3-4 years ago and just finally decided to start gaining.

boredchubbyboy 31st January 2009 12:02 PM

I'm starting to gain today :)

ukfa 31st January 2009 04:46 PM

I started gaining late last year, but have wanted to be big for a lot longer.

Wahey well let me be one of the first to wish you luck!

fatjigglor 2nd February 2009 04:05 AM

I started "gaining" when I was really young as I was influenced by the Garfield comics... I can never even remember being skinny--I was that young.

But there was a point where I could no longer gain because I started to go to school (and yes, I mean grade 1). But recently, since I now have money and a little more freedom, I have been gaining. Put on 24lbs last year then lost it by accident, but am now up 40lbs from the low point and have no plans to stop.

Sanaan 13th February 2009 03:33 AM

I started at the beginning of the year. Since then, it's been hard to gain what with the parents and all, but since I'm going through a growth spurt, they think my appetite is getting bigger and that it's natural. But they are wrong!

Rorenado 2nd May 2009 05:29 PM

Back in 2004, when I got out of the Marines.

youngchubby1984 2nd May 2009 09:24 PM

I fooled around with gaining a few years back when I was twenty-one, and gained 30-40 pounds within 6 months. I've ended up losing most of that, then gaining it back, and right now I am unintentionally losing it again.

ozysteve 12th May 2009 05:01 AM

I toyed with gaining a few times in my adolescence then in adult hood. Would gain a little then get scared and drop back. 10 years ago I finally started to let go. Now I am just under 140kg heavier and never felt more content. Am 46 now and wish I had been braver sooner!
