what is the best way to instanly expant your gut?

i was wondering what are some good ways that you guys have expanded your guts?

do you guys sweat more under the armpits becasue i do i think im going to go to the doctor because of it. i didnt do it before and i think that the extra weight might be the casue. mabie im just growing up. :o just wondering

Your hormones are going all weird, had that too, how long it lasts depends on the person. I had it for over 1.5 years.

you can buy a product that will reduce sweat under your armpitts, i use it and so does my sister and shes so skinny, shes just a stick with breast.

Idunno, I sweat a lot and I'm female and thin. Just get deodorant and wear clothes that let your sweat evaporate.
