I love bellies no matter how they come gay, striaght, male or female and the bigger they get the better they look. I have problems being skinny, i lose weight twice as fast as I gain it, so I am not sure if I could ever join in the wonderfull bliss you gainer folk are in, but damn do I admire each and every one of you.

I think if you take some of those pills it will have the opposite effect.
And if you take a lot of those... it wouldnt be good for your body..and you might eventually go into a coma just like with sleeping pills. :(

But thats just my opinion.

Good question....yes LOL but that was an old pic that i had on before, 1st i put my pic on of before, Then my parents where home so i got an after pic w/ shirt on, then while i was on BG my parents saw my pics and said i can only have my display pic, and the old photos,but the only new photos i can put on are going to be w/ shirt on...
BUT im moving out soon so then i will be free to how shall i saw this "take it off" lol talk 2 u l8ter!

I can start by advising you to research "powerlifting." Bouts of lifting burns few calories. Weight-gain techniques combined with power lifting promotes firm abdominal mass, just like those athletes you see who lift astronomical amounts of weight over their heads. :eek:

Hey Kace, listen to Doughboy, he knows what he's talking about! I've added some powerlifting moves into my workout and it really has added bulk to my gut. Just make sure you get the moves right before lifting anything to heavy. If you lift incorrectly, you'll just hurt yourself and make no progress what so ever. Good luck bud.

From the time I turned 15 I could never get past 150 pound. I actually started a little over a year ago (I'm 42 now), when I saw how much better it looked on the guys,than a flat skinny body and stomach. I had to do a little belly inflating just get it started. I managed to get up to still holding at 180.
