I just got back from seeing "The Lion, The Witch, and The Wardrobe". It was by far the best movie I've seen this year. I mean totally amazing. Anyone else see it? (the only bad part was fitting my fat ass into those tiny chairs!!)

I'm temped to see it for the visual effects but it looks like too much of a "kids" movie for my taste. I think I'll wait and rent the DVD. No, I never got into Harry Potter. I know, I'm strange.

"King Kong" is the movie to see! I can relate to big and hairy. I am going after Christmas. A Peter Jackson big budget movie, you know it kicks! Loved all the "Lord of the Rings". As a footnote to a prior post, I don't have a problem with Disney. Some of the best movies ever came out of the Disney Studios. There's plenty of classic animated films done in the 30s and 40s that will never be matched!

Haha, I saw King Kong yesterday! I went out with some friends, but we didn't plan to go to the movies... But King Kong was awesome, it's definetly a movie recommend you to see! And yes, Harry Potter wasn't as good as I thought it would be...

Back to the Aslan coming up the hill and someone saying, "it's Jesus" thats not too off. CS Lewis did write a lot on Christianity and there are a lot parallels. I had to volunteer at Vacation Bible School over the summer and the theme was Narnia. They had a huge wardrobe to go through and everything.

It was an amazing movie and I was afraid that it would terrible.
