I have to be careful not to gain more weight, or I wouldn't feel as well as I do. I think that we all have our bio-rhythms that let us know when & where the line is drawn. I have to keep my weight at or slightly below 225 lbs.:p:p

59.4lb! .6 short of the next range! went from 78-105kg since oct last year! actually tried on a shirt last week that I'd worn went i went for a first date my now ex almost a year ago... let's just say it defs wouldn't be a 'first impression' shirt these days

does anyone else find it odd that nobody has gained between 61 and 90 lbs, but FOUR people have gained over 91lbs? i guess if your going to go for it, just go all out!

oh, and my number would have been higher if i were counting the weight i've gained and lost and gained and lost. started the year at about 190, got up to about 205 and am back down to about 180. maybe the next poll could be "how much have you yo-yo-ed in the last year?"
