Even though I am a gainer, it's more of a private type thing right now. I know it's not a secret that my body is getting bigger, but people seeing my bare stomach is still a little uncomfortable for me. I don't have a brother, and I don't know my dad. I have only lived with my mom and my sister. So I didn't grow up around people with their shirts off, so that probably explains my discomfort.

My answer isn't represented in the options. I'd have said, sleep shirtless, and shirtless whenever appropriate to the situation, (swimming, tanning, enjoying the sunshine etc.)

If the weather is good I take my shirt off without a worry. I'm confident with myself and my life. I always try to keep my belly pushed out too. It firms it up and rounds as well. I think it helps strengthen the muscles and my belly is firm and hard. It's even better after a big meal or a few beers cause it really bloats even more.

I just love to be shirtless. If the weather is good I like to be at a bbq and have my shirt off. Food and beer makes for a good bloat. It's great

hahaha, yeah but at home, sleeping, in the back yard, at the beach, fishing, camping, at sports games sometimes, just hanging out... perfectly normal. lol when I was younger I even used to walk to the corner store shirtless sometimes to my moms horror, she learned to get over it!

I'm employed by a city agency. I wear nice, pressed shirts all day long. My shirts fit me loosely. They're comfortable. When I settle back in the evening I am shirtless but no more or less COMFORTABLE than with my shirts.

I sleep shirtless, but generally I prefer to be wearing something. Except for my dad, my siblings are all girls and they aren't afraid to say rude comments. They freak out even when I show my upper arms.

At home I go shirtless ocasionaly (when no one or just my family sees me). As for going out shirtless, im kinda shy. But after I stuffed my belly to max (thanks fast-food! =) ) some time ago , and walked out, took my shirt off, and went right where people walked, I dont feel shy anymore :D

I love walking around shirtless. I don't care what anyone thinks :) I'm avoiding it now though because I've got a bunch of fresh stretchmarks that are still red and look like stripes lol.

I never really walk around with my shirt off. Everyone in my family has a habit of walking around in their underwear that rubbed off on me. Haha

I love walking around shirtless in the summer. I used to try to suck my stomach in, but now I stick it out proudly! I'm trying to grow it bigger, and I hope it will soon start to hang down over my belt.
