Thought I give it a try last night, with not so elegant results :(
Left it in the oven a tad too long.
The good woman made the dough, nice job there :)
Then came the mozzarella, ham, anchovies, capsicum (red & green), pineapple, mushrooms, capers & jalapeno chillies.
It went in quite tall, but as can be seen, shrunk quite a bit :(
