Need help!! I have had a hard time getting to sleep for the past few weeks... ideas?

yeah the guy i love more then anything told me he loves me back but "i'm not pretty enough for him.

And im fighting my parents over moving out and now they are offing me to go live with some relatives in South America for 6 months

Sounds like stress is the issue then :(...

Talk to a close friend about it, as I do not know enough to help :/

I can't sleep when I'm stressed either. Hell I have a hard time sleeping when I'm not stressed. At my worst a few years ago I would stay awake for 2-3 days at a time until I would randomly pass out from exhaustion. Now with my recent stress I'm down to about 5/6 hours of sleep a night.

drinking milk before you go to bed worked for me when i went through a slight insomniac phase.
If your a gainer as well it has other benefits too.

when i cant sleep i eat, get full and then im usually satisfied and can go to bed

I often have trouble sleeping. Reading a book until I drift off seems to be the best way to solve the problem, or if I’m too tired to read, listening to Radio 4 is almost as good (yay for the shipping forecast).
