Well, I know foods with high amounts of carbs always do the trick, like pasta. But, others here know ssooooo much more about that than I do.

As for bloating, its one of the cool things us skinny dudes can do. Its just so cool, you get to feel fat for about twenty five minutes, its great. I just always use a liquid, but there are plenty of ways to do it. If anyone has any tips on how to bloat, I would sure be glad to hear them. Because I don't think I will be gaining for quite some time, I just burn everything up.....

KK is right, bloating gives you a great feeling of being fat. However, bloating is also good for stretching your stomach, the bigger the stomach, the more food you can eat at one setting. If you're trying to gain, try to eat at least 6-8 meals a day. I know this can be hard, so just eat 6 small meals a day until you get use to the routine. Each day, try to eat just a bit more. As far as exercise, you should try to get some everyday. I'm not saying you should go for a 5 mile run but go swimming, go for a walk, lift some weights, etc. Though you want to gain doesn't mean you trash your health. If you aren't lifting weight, you should start. Lift heavy with low reps, this will really help you bulk up. I've have more suggestions for you but I need to go to bed now. BTW, you looks like you have a great build for growing a big gut skinny dude.

IM in the same boat. IM 15, and 130 pounds and skinny. I bloat at least once a week and I have always had kinda flabby skin I could pull my belly skin about 2 inch. out and so IM just trying to fill it in. I try to eat a lot but if I eat to much I will feel like Throwing Up any tips on foods I should eat that I won't have to stuff my face 'till IM bloated and have to lay down. Good news is this summer I was 120 pounds and now at the end of summer I am 130. One bad thing is almost every time I drink water I feel bloated.

Just so you know, the gaining process is extremely slow. I was about 180lbs in the fifth grade, when I started gaining properly (before that I just didn't care), and 200 in the sixth grade. Then, I really started packing it on, gaining an average of barely 25 pounds a year by simply not doing any exercise and eating a heck of a lot. Now I'm about 305lbs in the beginning of my tenth grade year.

However, in the past six months I have reportedly put on 25 pounds, so I must have been about 280 six months ago, which, I guess, is about right. Unfortunately, I don't really look fatter because I've gotten a lot taller. Glah.

Since I was about 275 last December, it took me four months to put on 5lbs, and then suddenly I gained square that in two months plus time. I think it had to do with summer vacation.

Now I just have to wait for egg nog to arrive in the supermarkets. Then, when I finally get my driver's license I can stop at McDonald's every day after school, which adds about 2000 calories to my daily calorie intake (assuming that I get the double quarter pounder cheeseburger meal with a chocolate shake)...and that's like 3000 calories a day, and I probably use barely 1000 calories a day, which means I gain something like 2000 calories a day, and since one pound of fat equals 3500 calories, that means that I gain roughly 2 pounds a week, assuming that I get McDonald's on the weekdays only.

GOOD GOD I can't wait to start driving.

*grin*

Of course, that's all just speculation.
