View Full Version : I Want to Try Something

Hello,
I have recently heard of an activity called 'padding' from another message board community. I think I've done something like this in the past, but I did'nt refer to it as such, and I used pillows to make myself seem 'fat'.
It may seem strange, but now, I would like to use water when I try 'padding'. I don't know if you have done anything of the sort before, or have even heard of padding, but (those of you who have) I was wondering if you could give tips on how I should go about doing it.
I was thinking of filling a bag(s) with water and then placing them inside another bag(s), but I'm not sure if this is the ideal way to do it. I really don't want to make a mess, but all I have are shopping bags of various sizes.
Thank you.

I hope my post didn't sound too weird, I was tired and busy when I wrote.
I was just curious if anyone here had tried this, and without making a mess. I w looking for suggestions from those who have, more specifically.

I am no stranger to padding. (Although I don't really like the term "padding".) It's just about the least productive and least fulfilling activity I've ever found myself engaged in.
Water is unlikely to work. You'd need a specially-made watertight suit thing. Plastic shopping bags usually have holes in them to stop children suffocating on them, or stitching that will leak, if they're the non-disposable type.
I've found the best things to use are clothes – you can make something quite convincingly-shaped with a bit of careful folding of a couple of sweaters. Even the consistency is sort-of right. You can use an old, skin-coloured-ish T-shirt to hold them in place and then get dressed over the top of it.
If you somehow came into possession of loads of jelly, then that would be an interesting thing to try stuffing with (in plastic bags). And you could eat it afterwards. But that's never going to happen, so I don't know why I said it.

I've kind of wondered about getting an inflatable rubber suit like the ones on prettypervy.com.
I'm not into gaining, but I do like to play every now and then.

I've done it, pillow, blanket, and water. It was fun the first 30 seconds but it loses all of its luster rather quickly. It's too fake for me. And yet, I still do it from time to time O_o
Just be careful with water. If you spill it out of the bag just a bit, it spills out like a flooding river. Keep towels handy!

This is pretty easy to do. Take three heavy-duty shopping bags, tuck them into a shirt, tuck that shirt into a pair of pants and put a belt on nice and tight. Fill the innermost bag with water to whatever level you feel comfortable with, tie the bags shut, and then put on another couple shirts. It looks and feels fairly realistic, at least moreso than a pillow.
I've tried that, but never was able to keep it from spilling. I plan on trying it again though eventually. I mean, after I go back to Florida. My dad has industrial strength contractor bags, so maybe I'll get lucky this time. Who knows.
I've always been tempted to try Jell-O, but I don't like the idea of all that Jell-O going to waste.
Why not just eat the jello after the fact?

Sorry if it seemed like I abandoned my message.
But the thing is with this "experiment", for lack of a better word, is that it needs to be a no-mess and (preferably) easy-store type of affair. My family is round about often, and when they are away, I would like to try this, but be able to store what I use as well (though that's not written in stone). Any other ideas/suggestions or experiences? Thank you for the previous tips.

Padding? Well, I have a co-worker who is self-conscious of his looks. He thinks that his butt is too flat. He wanted to attract the girls by adding "a little extra" in the seat. He confided in two of us and said that he added layers of folds from bath towels and sewed them into his underwear to form a rounded butt. He never did indicate whether it got the attention from the girls or not, but he said that it is comfortable and easy to wash & maintain his modified underwear.
Now, if someone wants to apply this remedy to the belly, the same trick might work.

If some one wants to do that sort of thing with the gut... let me know!! I want one! That would be awesome!!
