What are some tactics that you guys use to gain weight? What has worked best? How much weight have you gained from these? Thanks! :D

Thanks Guts! By the way, what do you eat to gain weight? What do you eat that works best?

:) Mine's unintentional, just pretty much a lazy guy who likes beer and pizza, and sittin' around a lot.

When I was with my ex, I went from 303 to 333 in one month. It was mostly through steady eating/snacking throughout the day with a bit of encouragement from my now ex.

Guts and goinfor400,
What's it like with all that weight? If you could go through life again, what would you do differently with your gut?

What's it like with all that weight?Well, I have a really good grip on the ground which helps in a strong wind :)If you could go through life again, what would you do differently with your gut?Umm, tough one!
Health wise, I'd probably try and catch it before it got out of hand, although I've had a really good time putting it all on :D

I've had a fun time putting on the weight that I have too.
Guts,
Since you have a gut started, are you going to try to grow it or are you going to leave it be? :D Thanks!

Say it's not so Guts! If I had it to do over again, I'd have started gaining ages ago. I wish I could have been more confident with myself and not care what other people thought. Every time I tried to put on weight, everyone had a fit and badgered me until I lost the weight. No more. I learned that life is short. I'm a big belly guy in a skinny body. Time to let that gut...er guy...out. This site really gives me the motivation I need. Thanks Guts.

It's a little bit so :)
Sometimes one has to consider the expense of a new wardrobe :)

Very true. I'm not a clothes horse anyway, so that's not a problem for me right now. How often do you have to buy new clothes because of your expansion?

In the past year or so, I've had to explore the larger mans pants section several times. Just recently I had to get a new belt, and found the last remaining one in my local Target store where the sales assistant suggested they wouldn't be getting any more of that size :(

Try WallMart, they seem to have a good selection of "extended" sizes. Don't you love the way they "extended" instead of "fat". :p

Alas, there is no WallMart where I am :)

There's always rope. :) What size belt are you wearing now?
Guts

I guess it must be a 54 inch belt, as there's one spare notch to go around my 52 inch gut.

If i could go trough life again i would have tried to be at 300KG at this age instead of 201KG right now. If you check my "old" pic in the gallery you will see its hanging over my pants. It hangs double over my pants now and all the shirts i've bought a few months ago are way to small now. Looks kinda sexy with all the belly jiggeling from under my shirts though....And the most i've gained in 1 month was 19KG=41.89LB but that was a few years ago.
1 more question. What kind of clothing do you guys wear actually. i wear size XXL but i need some XXXL And i love wearing Polo, it makes me look bigger somehow.

For work - large pants, large shirt & large tie.
For home - just like my avatar with a large T :)

I'm very casual. I usually wear shorts, sandles, and tank tops or fairly form fitting shirts. At home it's shorts, sandles, and no shirt. I really don't think I'll change my style as I get bigger. I like showing off my belly.

I'm with you bellywish. The best part of having a big belly is showing it off. At home I never have on a shirt, if I can help it. Now that it is cold I wear tight flannel shirts that hug the gut, tucked into snug levis with a belt pulled tight aroung the waist. This really accents the gut pouring over the levis. Tight tees are great too, stretched to the limit really shows off the deep navel and big belly.

give me some advise, i dont wear anything tight under my gut because i tend to get sick, i dont wear tight shirts because i sweat very easily, and i like to be comfortable and wear whats in style and still look very good in it. Oh and just for the record. when i was in high school i used to walk around with my gut sucked in all day and now i just to it without noticing.

I'm 19 and way about 185 or 190 i'm not really sure. gaing wait tactics dont realy work for me, because i either try to gain and instead lose or it might be because i dont eat for a long time when im at college or at work. to tell the truth tho, i am not realy trying to gain weight right now because i bought a four hundred dollar suit and i have to fit in it for my sisters wedding and i would like to wear it more than once. so im kinda in between a rock and a hard place right now.
