At 25, I had really great abs, I constantly worked on them, but I wasent happy with my body. All my life I've secretly wanted to be fat, a few years ago, I decided to become fat. So I went on an eating frenzy. I gained about 23 pounds between age 25 and 26, and about 30 pounds from age 26 and now. I recently turned 27. I really want a ball belly. My wife is very supportive. She thinks ball bellies are sexy. At 25 I was around 135lbs, now I'm up to around 200lbs. Are there any foods or techniques that make you gain weight?

Hey new gainer, welcome to the group! There are so many ways to gain weight. If you really want to pack on some major weight, one of the best ways is to make a "cake shake". The shake is made from cake mix. Just blend a package of cake mix (in the blender) with whole milk until it reaches a consistency that you think will be easy to drink. Start with one a day, before bed is the best time. Or, if it's to much, drink it little by little during the day. Once you can drink a whole shake in one sitting, drink two a day. One shake is approximately 2,400 calories plus what ever calories you had with milk. If you're gut can handle it, try cream. However, that's awful rich. I tried it and couldn't handle it. I just used water. So, drink two shakes at least a day for 4,800 calories a day. Of course, this is on top of your normal food intake a day. Follow this routine and I promise you'll see some massive results. Add weight lifting (heavy squats) and your gut will look like a huge beach ball ready to explode! Go for it my man. Hope this helps.

Hey thanks for the tip, I just went to the store and bought some cake mix, tonight im gonna make a shake and go straight to bed.

hey belly wish, that shake is awsome! It made me gain a whole pound!! My stomach does hurt a bit though, if i gain a pound every time I drink one, I'll be up to 300 in no time!! Maybe even 400 (thats my goal)... Well thanks again!

I was thinking, is it alright, if i can handle it, to drink 3-4 maybe, I don't know if I can do that, but if it makes me gain I'll try it! Is that OK or not?

Hi fatgut. I'm glad it worked out for you. I doubt you gained a whole pound from one shake. Your body weight can fluxuate by several pounds a day due to water loss/gain. If I were you, I wouldn't drink more than two a day. You need to supplement these shakes with real food. And, don't forget to eat your veggies and fruits. Also make sure you get some exercise, even if it's just walking 30 minutes a day. Again, don't rush it, you don't want stretch marks (or do you?). Enjoy the journey...you only go down this path one time.

Hey Bellywish, thanx alot for telling me about that cake shake, although you said not to, I've been drinking 3 a day... but the good news is that I've already gained 20 lbs off of of them! Im at 221lbs right now, and I've also changed my mind about the ball belly thing. Too much working out. Plus I like the idea of having a huge apron anyways.
