im just wondering if water will help me get a ball and if i have to much bread it will give me an apron(that i dont have ;) lol) ?

Hey wally, looking fat big guy. Water (and soda) is a great way to stretch your gut so you can pack in more food per sitting. Bread will give you the added calories you're looking for. However, if you want a ball belly (genetics allowing) you need to do some heavy weight lifting, especially squats and weighted ab work. I feel that the bread, though a great source of carbos and calories is good, it tends to fill you up before you're able to pack in enough calories to expand that belly. I find the best way to bloat is to take a soda can and poke a hole in the bottom. Quickly cover it with your finger, lean back, pop the top, place over your mouth and remove your finger. The soda will "shoot" down your throat and directly into your gut. Do this several times and you will bloat big time. Also, can get down on your hands and knees and let your belly hang, try to extend it will your doing so. These two "tricks" will really stretch your gut! The bigger the gut, the more food you can pack in. New pics of me...hum...I guess it's time to take some new ones!
