Its impossible to gain 10lb at once, it would take much longer, because even putting on 1lb per day is hard to believe.

It might be that you ate that much food and that its the weight of the food that adds it on. And when the foods gone, its very likely that you weigh the same weight as before, and maybe 1lb more after 2 days.

No, 1lb per day isn't hard to believe...

lol what does he think, you would give your self a stroke if you put on 10 pounds at one meal.

Yeah, it would be REALLY bad for your health if it could happen (which cant) because your body will have to adjust so rapidly it might not be able to do so.

I beg to differ with you Big_fat_kiddo. I personally know myself and some other gainers who have put on 1 to 2 lbs in a day. It is easier to re-gain weight that you have lost. I have put on 5lbs in a weekend. And I know a friend of mine that had put on 10lbs in 4days. Its not a myth. Its just your body recouping weight that you already had before. I am sure some of the experienced gainers here will agree with me on this one. For a young inexperienced gainer, you have alot to learn, before you start throwing out facts to the rest of the world. :p

Raulito is right on this matter. I gained 12 over Thanksgiving weeked a few years back. Four days of nothing but eating, drinking and sleeping. During the summer months the weight that is lost through sweating through out the week, can be replentished over the weekend if you slow down and take it easy. "Water or fluid" weight is easily lost and replaced just as fast.

Well, after we said that was impossible, he hasnt shown himself online.
So that means, he was lying AGAIN.

Didn't he say he was sorry and apoligized for lying before? Then why would he lie to us again?

Because 10lb in a day is impossible, and if you went out for dinner, that means it in the evening, and you have gained 10lb the other day, it will mean he gained 10lb in just a few hours?

Just because someone is able to eat ten pounds of food doesn't mean it will actually stay in him. With his stomach acids and the fact that he has to go to the bathroom means that he might only get, what, a pound or half on him? Remember that one of the most important about gaining is calorie intake. It wouldn't mean very much to drink a thousand glasses of water. You would get water weight but nothing significant would happen.

Besides that though it's not impossible to eat ten pounds of food. Just remember that skinny Chinese guy who won the Nathan's Hot Dog eating contest. I just find it hard for someone like him to be able to eat ten pounds of food. Maybe 5 pounds but that would be it (no offense).

We arent saying its impossible to eat 10 pounds of food. But what Fatty101 said is that he gained 10lb of weight after going out for dinner.

I have put on 9 pounds in a single day of binging. But I lost all but 3 of those pounds over the next few days. The 9 pounds was the actual weight of the food and drink inside me and not all of it became part of me.
