Hi to anyone,
here is a new gainer, I'm 6.0 and 210 lbs, brn grn, and asap i will upload my pics:-)

I'm gaining seriously, so btw i love burgers, and I'm looking to follow a diet as the ones are following some big football lineman (from 4.000 till 10.000 calories at day), I'm looking for some hints for a big burger meal. I like Burger King and Mc Donalds, so post here your suggestion about wich kind of burger i can have for dinner/lunch and how many of them.

I will post here my results :-)

Try eating as much burgers as you can hold.
I think that is probably the best way if you want gain weight fast. ;)

uh.. Are you sure you want them from Mcdonald's or anything other fast food place. Don't get me wrong they taste pretty good, but I think you should make your own burgers. When you make them yourself you get to make them how you want and you never have to leave the comfort of your house. Plus you don't get that bun that was soaked in grease and meat that is so freaking thin. When we make them at my house. They are huge, so just go ahead and make them yourself.

Well Fat Jack, thanks for having write me.

You got reason, doing it at home is much better, but it requires having the food on your fridge and having the time to prepare it.

So btw I have not so much time, working all the day, I just prefer buy some food at BK or MC.

Anyway I can try to do it by my self, so if you have some good recipes to advise me, I can organize my self and try to do some of your burgers...

Well we put Lemon pepper, Lea & Perrins, and some other stuff. I would have to check. lol. They are like 30 times better than Mcdonald's and they cook pretty fast. Almost anything is better than Mc Donald's though. If you have a Whataburger, then go there. They make them really good.

Well Big Mac are good... and I'm able to eat 3 of them... not enough... but good record

Well your burgers seem really original, i repeat i wait for the recipes :-)
In know McD is not so healty, btw gaining is not so much healty... but we do.

Here we have not Whataburger... i will check them in the web:-)

I don't know if this is original, or even considered to be a burger, but making patties from ground beef works good enough for me. Just add some adobo, or salt/pepper, for something simple. With ground beef you at least know how much your making. But for something a little more complicated put in diced onions and bell peppers (those weird yellow/red/green vegetables you always see in those Taco Bell commercials.

Yesterday following the hints of a guy, I had 2 big mac, 2 double cheeseburger, 1 large cola, 1 large fries.

My belly was bloated :-)
