Hi Guys

I'm on vacation in Florida, and wow, the guts out here are awesome. I got talking to some guys who appreciate their guts, but never heard of these 'gut sites' before and said they'd check em out. So many guys, so many shapes and sizes, this is like gut appreciation paradise. The USA rocks people. In Europe it seems a very bad thing to have a gut, but here it's cool.

Hi Guys

Sorry about the postcard Guts, mate. I was too busy admirin, n eatin, n drinkin. That place doesn't know the meanin of small portions. Anyway I got home today and raced for the scales. 222# that's an increase of 7# over the 2 week vacation, I think that's pretty darn good. I took some pics, don't know if you can see any difference. Tell ya what tho, the bloated and stuffed feeling goin to bed at night, every night is top stuff. an't wait for my next vacation in July. :D
