How long did it take?

Hello guys! When I see the pics of all your huge guts I wonder how long it took you to get that huge belly? So I'd like to know how long it took you guys to get that big gut... :confused: :) Couse when I think of it, I myself want a huge gut and some of you have said that it takes most of your life to get that belly? :confused:

Well, it depends on the fast you normally gain.. if you gain slowly it will take you a long time :( , but i know someone who only took a year to pile on 60kg. :rolleyes:

I gained 110 pounds in about 30 months.

Whenever someone asks me the secret to getting fat, the first question I ask them is, "How many hours a day are you eating?" Usually it turns out they are only spending a few minutes a day eating. If you make sure your jaws and gullet are working 4 hours a day, it doesn't matter what you eat. You could eat salad 4 hours a day and get fat (as long as there was some dressing and croutons!).

I started at roughly 200 four years ago, and I've gained 100 pounds since then.

So...friggin'...slow...
