It's pretty fun. Plus fat guys are naturally good at it, especially leg exercises.

I tried doing it three or for times. I'm too damn lazy. Besides, I like soft fat on my guys heh.

I lift. I like the gutnmuscle look. Nothing like a strong body supporting a big belly.

Right now I can squat a little over 400lbs and I can bench about 275lbs. If I really dedicated myself I think I could do better, but I only lift in gym class once a week.

I lift about three times a week. It's one of the few physical activities that encourages eating a lot! :D

I don't lift weights or participate in any sports, but when I move out I might start it, since I know a place nearby where I'll live:p

Weight lifting is good, as it can help mold your body, or just keep you in shape without messing with your body. It all depends on what execises you do.

I've been lifting for about a year or so, my upper arms are around 20'' and my forearms are 14''. Also lifting has helped broaden my shoulders and also my back is pretty strong. My upper body is muscle and fat, but my lower is mostly muscle. I think the lifting has helped me to achieve a small ball belly, but i hope with my gaining it will get alot bigger :)

I too love squats, but after an injury I'm lucky to get 375 for a few reps. Squats seem to help keeping my belly up in a ball belly.

I used to lift but I just felt like I didn't have the time after a while.
Out of all the females my age there, I probably lifted the most. I weigh 110 and I could squat 160 without maxing out.

I've been meaning to start lifting, because I'd like to have the gut-n-muscle look. But I don't have time or money to go to the gym, so I'd probably have to buy free weights or something.

I used to lift pretty frequently, but haven't really done it in about a year. I'd love to start up again though.

yup, i weightlift a bit. i've been on and off for about two/three years but recently i've been going regularly to the gym. i like training my chest, back and arms best! the rest can be soft and flabby.
