heres me dry @ 190 - i was sick and lost some weight so there really small :eek: any good expanding tips??!!?? new pics posted her wuld be nice.... what do u think?!? i am enjoying by belly its nice to feel it sit on my legs. but now there is more area to wash lol and my belly button is getting big lol. Hair is coming in and loving it it rools over my 36 jeans. its pretty good roll and i also sweat there to...how do u get strach marks...no matter how much i expand i dont get them :mad: do u guys have problem going to the bathroom becasue i do... i have trouble seeing :o do u guys... HAVE A NICE WEEK!

Sheesh a little excited there aren't we? I got stretch marks since I gain weight so quickly. I'd rather not have it since I want to look a bit more natural. As for the bath room part I'm ok (No further comments on that. Gotta have SOME dignity). Good job so far though. Keep up the gaining!

Nice to see your gainin, but ya don't want strech marks they're real ugly :rolleyes: As for the bathroom, the only trouble I have is at night if the light is off. LOL. It's even worse if i'm drunk :D Size 36 eh, try doing a little gut excersize it should firm it up a little for you too! ;) Good luck my friend.

No, no stretch mark are really ugly... Please all you guys, I need help, my belly wont expand anymore!:eek: But haven't changed anything, my meals... I eat alot...

Your body might be getting used to the treatment right about now. Therefore one of two things should happen: Eat more of the usual or try something new. These days I'm eating more BK and Italian foods that are high in calories. But to even it all I eat some healthy food like oatmeal and such. Don't be in a hurry to grow a gut. It took some of us most of our lives to get where we are.

Yo Wally

How's it going pal. What i am trying is to 1) gain slowly 2) i do sit ups regularly. Now not many of them, maybe 15 every day, this will tone up the muscle in your gut and keep it firm. Each time you add more weight then the firmness stops it from sagging. I also work out my arm and leg muscles quite vigourously as this stops too much fat developing here first. Afterall you want the gain on your gut not anywhere else. Those are my tecniques, maybe some of the other guys have sugestions too. Let s all know how you get on. :)

Big Mick is right. Doing heavy ab work will really help ball out your gut. Also try stretching your stomach no and then. Bloating your belly regularly will help you eat more. Good luck my friend.

I still think its mostly genticly, because i know someone who bloats and workouts and still got a soft, hanging belly. :p

Ill nvr try that tho, i dont want a solid one :D

Yea must agree on the hanging belly, genetic only as the largest factor though. Soft bellies are better well in my eyes lol. And uhm nice belly wally :).
