Yes that does tend to work now and then but a bit messy in doing so (soda everywhere and such). There is also a method of drinking beer and soda together (it has to be clear soda like sprite) to stretch out and bloat the belly. And that method DEFINITELY works!

I've tried it. It wasn't my thing here. I like Miller MGD and Miller High LIfe myself.

Great. Don't you have a digital camera...sure makes uploading pics a lot easier. This way you don't have to send out for processing. BTW, how long does your processing place take? Target will do it within a day.

Well something just happened that prove that i'm damn fat. My metal chair bent inward on me while tilting back on it to relax. The damn thing almost took me along for the ride. :eek:

Luck for me, we have dinner chairs that can hold my weight just fine here. Always was plan B since the last time this happened. :D

You're getting there. Just have faith (and a lot of food). Besides it would be hard to gain a lot in just one week. For me it was gradual over a few months. Try taking a nap after lunch or eating something before going to sleep at night. I've heard that sumo wrestlers gain by skipping breakfast, eating a hearty lunch with a nap, another meal and then doing whatever they want the rest of the day. Beer is always welcome. I'm trying to find a link for a recipe for chankonabe, a sort of broth with almost every type of meat you can imagine. It also has some vegetables so it isn't completely unhealthy. I imagine that's the thing you'll want to eat to gain. When I find it I'll put it into the "recipe" topic. We're still rooting for you! :D

To me, gaining is like just like dieting... I pay attention, to make sure I am eating enough calories per day; but, I don't look at the scale but maybe once every two weeks. That way, I dont get preoccupied in my weight. ----And most of the time, I have a nice suprise to last me until the next time I weigh-in... If you watch the scale everyday, you can get depressed and miss a few days of gaining..or give up. Just count calories and make sure you are consuming more that you burn.. I make sure I have between 3 and 4 thousand a day... (if I get more...then great!)... But, I make sure I have at least that.

What is it you eat that gives you that much anyways? I never count them since it hurts my head with all the protein/calorie/potasium nonsense. If I had known about this sooner I would have been bigger by now. Oh well.

the pic you saw of me was a while back about like 4 weeks but i took another pic of me 2 weeks agoo after i ate a whole lot on the saturday and on sunday my moobs were like what you see and i weight about like 163lbs at that time but my mums pressured me too loose it so when i am 18 then i will get big but till then i will post pics that are of me gaining then ungaing or whatever so heres a pic, till next one
