Hey guys,
This is your moderator. I'm back in the cyber world after a short break.
I don't want to bring things down very much, but take it from me.....the title of this thead is VERY important :) I know......on the morning of New Year's Eve, this guy had a mild heart attack. It was mostly stress-related, but the docs said that my weight and "couch-potato" lifestyle contributed. I have lost aver 35 lbs. BUT, now I'm returning to gaining and gut-growing. My doc isn't very happy, but I let him know that I am determined! ;) I will be visiting him more often than before and hope to keep everything in check.
One of the best things I've ever done for myself was to join this group. We all need to encourage each other to wear our bellies with pride, and to encourage each other to get and to stay healthy.
I'm glad to see that the membership has grown so much, especially with the
great numbers of young men. It's a wonderful time to be a big-gutted man.
