I've told others...
One simple thing, easy to prepare, tastes good and not expensive; Add HEAVY cream to your hot cereal or mashed potatoes. With the hot cereal, you can add maple syrup (not artificial) since it is high in calories. Don't forget to melt-in some butter or margerine. Snack on walnuts. If you need more ideas, get back to me.
