Hi doughboy if you're still on line, I joined a couple of days ago. I've been searching for a site like this for ages. It was great to find other fella's who appreciated their guts as much as I did mine. I've started puttingon weight recently and am not doing too badly. I'd like to develop a real ball. Currently about 210#. Age 33, live in the UK. Work as a construction engineer, so the heavy weight lifting in my job is a bonus to giving me the stomach I desire.
